Production and Moldmaking
We have around 80 injection molding machines with up to 700 tons of clamping force, which are used in 3-shift operation. Our machine park also includes 2-component and turntable machines as well as auxiliary units (Babyplast).
We manufacture over 100 million components every year. The maximum article weight is 2,200 grams; the minimum article weight is less than 1.00 grams. The high level of automation ensures efficient production and outstanding quality.
Consistent conditions are essential in plastics processing to ensure the precision and repeatability of the parts produced. That's why our entire production hall is air-conditioned. The air conditioning system ensures a constant temperature, optimal air quality, and thus maintains high technical standards.

Our production hall
is air-conditioned – ensuring
consistent conditions
in any weather.
We process over 350 different types of materials, including
POM, PE, PP, PBT, PC, ABS, PA, PS, TPE, PET, PUR, PMMA, PPA and PPS. Depending on the application, we use the right plastic to ensure that all requirements for a plastic part are met – be it UV, flame and weather resistance, strength, stability, or durability.
After the production process, we offer many finishing and processing options, such as painting, ultrasonic welding, lasering, gluing, hot stamping, assembly of components and complete devices, as well as pad and screen printing. Automated assembly work can be directly linked to the injection molding process.
Through consistent quality management, we ensure that your plastic parts meet all quality and cost-effectiveness requirements. Our specialists ensure that the properties of your products are continuously maintained.

Our own moldmaking department with CNC-controlled milling and erosion centers is certified according to ISO 9001. High-quality, precise molds are produced here – whether as an insert variant, as a spindle tool or with insertion and removal technology.
We have around 1,600 tools in stock, 1,000 of which are in regular use. Professional in-house maintenance ensures that the molds have a service life of over 30 years.
